Our story begins in Vietnam, where members of a highly classified US special ops unit – known as MACV-SOG – carried a unique combat knife into the jungle on covert missions. Years later, in 1986, that knife inspired a young designer, named Spencer Frazer, to found SOG Specialty Knives.

All kidding aside- the SEAL Pup Elite is serious business and carries on the tradition of supplying the world’s elite military forces. Features include hardcase Black TiNi finish, newly designed longer ergonomic handle with deeper finger grooves, racy new blade shape with longer cutting edge, added blade spine rasp for thumb placement, and an injection molded glass reinforced handle scored with grip lines.
This knife is not quite standard issue for all branches of the military, but it should be.
