Description

Something really unique and new in the market made by the historical company AGA Campolin (Maniago,Italy). This special automatic knife is a remake of the old Maniago gun-letter opener made on 50’s. The handle is made of black aircraft anodized aluminium and the blade of 440C steel. This knife is not for EDC use, but for collectors who like a piece of italian knife history or like a letter opener.

Angelo Campolin Sr. was born in 1923 in Maniago, Italy. Before World War II, he worked to perfect his knife-making skills, and it was during this time that he made his first folding blades. After the war, in 1947, he founded his own company and made 30 stilettos marked "Angelo Campolin". Although it was quite a long journey, he rode his bicycle to Venice to sell them. After a few years, he established his relationship with Mauro Mario, who made knives for many American importers such as Rosco
