At first glance, the Böker Plus RBB clearly reveals itself as a professional tactical knife. After internationally recognized close-combat expert Jim Wagner had already trained police special operations teams in Germany several times, Böker collaborated with him to develop a tactical pocket knife for use by police, the military, and security forces. The result is the Jim Wagner Reality-Based Blade.
In version 2.0, the tactical knife essentially adopts the tactical characteristics of the original model and comes with exciting details: a clip point blade with ricasso, ergonomic finger grooves with a non-slip texture on the Zytel handle, an untextured groove to make it easier to locate and draw the knife, removable thumb studs, and a convertible folding clip. The all-black knife also impresses with a hand guard and a lanyard hole for securing the knife during use. The D2 blade provides the desired edge retention and corrosion resistance and is supported by a sturdy back lock. The knife bears not only the name of designer Jim Wagner, but also represents his highly successful martial arts system: Reality-Based Personal Protection. Jim Wagner's system has already been taught to the American FBI, Israeli special forces, the German Federal Police, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The list could easily go on.
