When designer Jim Hammond of Birmingham, Alabama put pen to paper, he did so with the intention of creating a knife that was equally powerful, compact and highly aesthetic. PSD™ hits the mark. Unmistakable blade curvature works for deep cuts and slicing, Veff Serrations™ penetrates rope and line, while double grinding makes pushing more efficient. The surprisingly compact G10 and carbon fiber handle accommodates a firm four-finger grip and is finished with an electric blue stud and pocket clip.

Built on assisted opening, it opens at an incredibly high speed when you apply minimal pressure to the low-profile fin. The IKBS™ ball bearing pivot system ensures smooth rotation and the insert lock holds it firmly in place.

How assisted opening works
