As soon as you pick up the Microtech Dirac Delta\u00ae D\/E 227-1 TA (Tan Aluminum, Black)<\/strong>, you’ll instantly know you’re holding a bigger, more powerful version of the iconic Dirac series. This OTF automatic knife operates in D\/A (Double Action) mode and features an extremely fast blade extension mechanism. The slider is located on the side of the handle, providing more natural and ergonomic control. <\/p>\n

The model is 100% made and assembled in the USA and designed by Anthony Marfion – knifemaker and owner of Microtech Knives.<\/p>\n

The Dirac Delta\u00ae is an enlarged version of Microtech’s first D\/A OTF model with a side-mounted, recessed slider. It features a modern ergonomic handle with gently curved lines inspired by the legendary HALO\u00ae series. <\/p>\n

The overall length of 9.25″ (235 mm) makes it an ideal compromise between a full-size tactical tool and a comfortable EDC knife. The robust construction, smooth action and distinctive symmetrical D\/E blade give the Dirac Delta a strong and confident character. <\/p>\n
