Closing Knife Muela<\/strong> PANZER-10N<\/p>\n

PANZER-10N<\/strong> Black PTB\/Fiberglass, Black PTFE full-featured, versatile EDC knife that you’ll want to keep with you at all times. The well-thought-out ergonomic handle and contoured thumb ramp provide a secure grip for all types of cutting. The Thumb Stud on both sides and the fast Flipper flipper allow you to dynamically open the blade in two ways.<\/p>\n

X60CrMoV15 (MoVa 60) – high carbon molybdenum-vanadium martensitic stainless steel with a higher carbon content than steel 1.4116 (X50CrMoV15). Highly resistant to corrosion and wear. It is used in the manufacture of knives, cutting edge cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a relatively high hardness for stainless steels of 57-58 HRC. The chemical composition of the steel is enriched with doping of 15.0% chromium (Cr), 0.80% molybdenum (Mo), 0.20% vanadium (V).<\/p>\n

PTFE Black – Widely used in the coatings industry, polytetrafluoroethylene is an ultra fine, low molecular weight product processed by a special process. It is characterized by excellent chemical and weather resistance and temperature resistance, thermal stability, non-stickiness, electrical insulation, fire resistance and self-lubrication. Thanks to the use of polytetrafluoroethylene as the coating material of the blade, friction during use is reduced, reducing the need for force in all types of work. PTFE-coated blades provided 22% lower average force and 26% lower peak force compared to chrome-coated blades.<\/p>\n

Blade – Drop Point type, thickness 3.6 mm, coated with scratch masking and anti-reflective PTFE layer. The blade was made with a concave grind (Hollow grind), a smooth blade (Plain) provides good cutting properties. The blade is covered with a scratch-resistant matte black anti-reflective PTFE coating. The double-sided stud on the Thumb Stud and Flipper sides allows for quick opening of the knife. Blocking type Liner-Lock.<\/p>\n

Handle – black, ergonomic, profiled under the fingers. Covered with textured pads of PTB polymer reinforced with glass fibers, it ensures a secure grip even with wet hands. Spine Jimping handle increases comfort and grip. The knife is equipped with a solid metal torx clip mounted on a torx screw, which allows the knife to be carried in a point-down (tip-down) position. A gap was placed in the rear part of the crank to allow the installation of a safety cable.<\/p>\n
