Well, that’s not entirely true, but he certainly impressed a world-class knife maker and learned a thing or two along the way. Jeff Park is a detail-oriented type of person, and by that we mean an absolute perfectionist, which shows in his simple yet flawless designs. He is an artist in the most basic sense: form follows function, and his knives reflect a remarkable understanding of both.
