Microtech has updated and improved the UTX-85 model. It features improved ergonomics, rounded handle surfaces and grooved patches on the sides to ensure an excellent grip. The firing button has been redesigned to increase surface contact for effective engagement, and the glass breaker has a ball tip embedded in the triangle-patterned base to enhance its everyday wear patterns. The UTX-85 is based on the Ultratech platform and is reduced to 85% of its length. The UTX-85 is an appealing choice for those who prefer a smaller EDC knife and appreciate Microtech’s high-performance front action and exceptional build quality.
This model features a scale with an OD Green Cerakote aluminum handle. OD green dagger blade made of M390 stainless steel with Cerakote coating. Finished Cerakote hardware, pocket clip and glass breaking tip. The pocket clip has the Microtech claw logo, serial number and date of manufacture.
