There is no one in the knife industry today who knows more about Tanto than Cold Steel. After all, Cold Steel invented and popularized this style of knife in the early 80s. flight. This technique highlights our state-of-the-art grinding methods and highlights the unique appearance of Cold Steel Tantos. Additionally, the Tantos comes with our famous flattened oval Kraton handle. The oval shape provides a firm grip and resists tipping or twisting in the hand during hard use, which would destroy a smaller knife over time. The tapered, steel head is another important feature of the Tanto that you shouldn’t ignore.
